She is survived by: her children, Linda Stumpfol (Michael), James (Margaret), Hal, Beth, Gail and Lisa Treffinger (Anthony Spadafora); her grandchildren, Jennifer Thompson (Troy), Daniel (Kristi), Thad, Eleanor, Gwen Hoffmann (Ryan), Evan and Grace; her great grandchildren, Emmett, Hadley, Sam, Jake and Addison; and her sister-in-law Mary Treffinger. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials in Fay's name to the Alzheimer's Association or Humane Animal Welfare Society – Waukesha (HAWS) are greatly appreciated.
