She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Charles Cronk and Geraldine Mae Cronk (Cole). She is survived by: her husband James Herman Middleton June; her children, Bonnie Ellen Luba (Daniel), Ronald James Middleton (Linda), Susan Jane Middleton, Daniel Gene Middleton (Terry), Kathy Jo Middleton, David Wayne Middleton (Pam), Juli Ann Markham (David) and Tina Kay Middleton; her great grandchild Treasured; and her sisters, Shirley Ann (Bob) and Marilyn Jean Cronk.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the American Cancer Society are appreciated.
