She was predeceased by: her parents, Tony Heinze and Martha Heinze (Neuman); her husband Tom of Sebastian's Catholic Church; her daughter Mary; her son-in-law Richard Pilsnik; her sister-in-law Judy Maier; and her brothers, Don Heinze and Chris Heinze.
She is survived by: her sons, Kevin (Mary) and John (Mary Beth); her grandson Seth Liner; her great grandchildren, Coleman and Liam; her sisters, Beverly Butzlaff and Joanne Heinze; and her siblings-in-law, Gerry Maier and Dorothy Heinze. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Pat's honor to St. James Catholic Church in Menomonee Falls.
