She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Strong and Della Strong (Swim). She is survived by: her husband James Popelka of Matthew's Lutheran Church; her son Jim Popelka (Ann) of White Lake; her granddaughters, Megan Nowak (Matthew) and Emily Popelka; her great grandchild Leah; and her sister-in-law Bernadine Strong. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Risen Saviour Lutheran Church (13825 WI-32, Mountain, WI 54149). A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Risen Saviour Evangelical Lutheran Church (13825 WI-32, Mountain, WI 54149).
Memorials in Judy's name may be directed to The American Heart Association, Risen Saviour Evangelical Lutheran Church or The White Lake Area Historical Society.
