He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ruth, Al Quam and Donald Bowar; his uncle Billy Bowar; and his aunt Vicki Bowar.

He is survived by: his parents, Dana Bowar and Christine Jankowski Bowar; his sister Sarah Lauersdorf (Jon); his nephew Hudson; his niece Ella; and his grandparents, Gwendolyn Bowar O'Conner and Walter Jankowski. He is also survived by many aunts and uncles; and cousins.
