It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas G. Wallace of Mount Horeb, Wisconsin, born in Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 1, 2020, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Huggie" Wallace and Patricia "Cookie" Wallace (Maloney). He is survived by: his wife Anita Wallace (Crim); and his daughter Emily Wallace. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to UW Credit Union for an educational fund to be established for Emily.
