Phillips of Mount Horeb, Wisconsin, born in Richland Center, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 29, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Hestetune and Hilda Hestetune (Klinzing). She is survived by: her children, Rena Frings and Ross Phillips (Julie); her grandmother Lin; and her brother Eric Hestetune (Sharon). She is also survived by four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sister.
