He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Kelly and Mabel Kelly (Doescher); his wife Dorothy Urfer; his siblings, LeRoy Kelly (Annie), Lester Kelly (Jean), Willard Kelly (Leona), Ellard Kelly, Vernon Kelly (Mildred), Evelyn Jabs (Virgil) and Lillian Theobald (Robert); and his brother-in-law Harvey Urfer.
He is survived by: his children, Jack Kelly (Bonnie Herfel), Jerry Kelly (Sharon), Jeffrey Kelly (Florence) and Julie Munson (Dale); his grandchildren, Todd Kelly (Becky), Tonia Dutton (Tim), Rebecca Turner (Mike), Elijah Kelly (Tracy), Kelton Kelly and Dale Munson; his great grandchildren, Lydia, Dylan Kelly, Noah, Lily Dutton, Sidney Turner, Ethan, Dustin, Milaca, Enoch, Elana, Kalita, Adaya and Jocida Kelly; his sister Lilas Miller; and his sisters-in-law, Katie Kelly, Elaine Longseth (LeRoy) and Theresa Dressler (Bernie).
