He was predeceased by: his father Dean Jewell; his brother Todd Jewell; and his grandfather Roger Jewell. He is survived by: his mother Julie Jewell (Polaski); his wife Jody Snider; his children, Owen and Vada; his parents-in-law, Ginny and Larry Snider; his grandparents, John, Nancy Polaski and Rosemary Jewell; and his sisters-in-law, Shelly Maas (Tom), Tina McDonald (Brent), Becky Gotto (Lee) and Carrie Olmstead (Chad). He is also survived by nieces, a nephew, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Kirk's family to be designated at a later date.
