Georgia Jean Post Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Georgia Jean Post of Mount Horeb, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 27, 2024 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Way and Mabel Way (Beard); her husband Arthur Post; and her siblings, Florence Rudd (Harry), Nona Hagen (Arthur), Gloria Craker (Phil) and Noel Way (Audrey).
She is survived by: her son Arthur Lawrence Post Jr. (Maria); her foster son Dominic Haag; her grandchildren, Timothy Post, Arthur Post, Juno Post, Maddie Haag and Chapin Haag; and her great grandchildren, Caleb, Ethan, George, Lily, Bailey, William, Alexis, Matthew, Joshua and Titus.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Ignatius Catholic Church (109 S 6th St, Mt Horeb, WI 53572).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mount Horeb Public Library or The Mount Horeb Community / Senior Center.
