Georgia Jean Post Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Georgia Jean Post of Mount Horeb, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 27, 2024 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Georgia Jean had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Georgia Jean may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
During this time I also became involved in a county program, RSVP (Retired Senior Volunteer Program). I sewed various projects including vests, tote bags, and over the years hundreds of cut and sewed little bears - all items were distributed by RSVP to schools, nonprofits and the needy.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mount Horeb Public Library or The Mount Horeb Community / Senior Center.
