David Chellevold Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Chellevold of Mount Horeb, Wisconsin, born in Viroqua, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 15, 2020 at the age of 79. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David Chellevold to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Chellevold and Mildred Chellevold (Hoffland); his brothers, Ronald Chellevold and Dean Chellevold; and his granddaughter Kailyn Brummer.

He is survived by: his former wife Sheryl Bloyer; his wife Sheryl "Sheri" Chellevold of Mount Horeb; his children, Jody Chellevold of Mount Horeb, Chad Chellevold of Westfield Ind and Doug Chellevold (Tamara) of Menomonee Falls; his grandchildren, Morgan, Carson, Abbey Brummer, Jake, Cole Chellevold, Johnny Strand, Evan and Sofia Chellevold; his brother Larry Chellevold (Karen) of Tucson Az; and his sons, Larry Green (Teri) of Blanchardville, WI, Julio Daud (Patricia) and Renato Daud (Gigi) of Asuncion, Paraguay..

Due to Covid-19 and restrictions a private funeral service for the family at Evangelical Lutheran Church in Mount Horeb, with a Celebration of Life services to be held at a later date.
