With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Ann (Korb) Schaefer of Mount Calvary, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 3, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gottfried Korb and Estelle Korb (Jacky); her parents-in-law, Frank and Mary Schaefer; her brother Andrew Korb (Virginia); and her siblings-in-law, Geraldine Korb, Leona Engel (Lawrence), Edna Sabel (Gilson), Florence Ziegelbauer (Ray), Marcella Schaefer, Virginia Lefeber (Eugene), Tony Mathes, Clarence Schaefer (Stella), Claude Schaefer (Stella), Francis Schaefer (Bernice) and Cyril Schaefer.
She is survived by: her husband Jim Schaefer of Mary's Catholic Church; her children, Mark Schaefer (Lori) of Fond du Lac, Mike Schaefer of Mount Calvary, Neal Schaefer (Sheri) of Mount Calvary and Tina Tabbert (Tom) of St. Cloud; her grandchildren, Amy Whitt (Scott), Jessica Frederick (Derek), Kyle Adams, Cory Adams (Kenzie), Samantha Tabbert (Luis) and Alyssa Tabbert (Austun); her great grandchildren, Garret, Scottie, Savanna Whitt, Asher Adams, Rose Bausita, Kayden Tabbert and Vanessa Tabbert; her siblings, Marvin Korb (Donna) of Fond du Lac and Judy Mathes of Chilton; and her sister-in-law Mary Schaefer of Mount Calvary. She is also survived by many nieces; nephews; other relatives; and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established in her name.
