It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Albert Gau (Mount Calvary, Wisconsin), who passed away on February 22, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though John Albert has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Gau and Frances Gau (Kraus); and his siblings, Arthur, Cecilia, Elmer, Florence, Joseph, Margaret, Mary Ann and Melvin.
He is survived by: his brother Bernard.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the St. Lawrence Seminary Chapel (301 Church St, Mt Calvary, WI 53057). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
