He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Freund and Alma Freund (Steffen); his siblings, Marcella Woelfel (Ray), Marie Liebe (Jerome), Irene Schlefke (Art), Edna Amrhein (Frank), Stella Beaudreau (Ted), Francis, Norman Freund and Ervin Freund (Gladys); and his brothers-in-law, Norm Kutz and Ed Baganz.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Baganz; his children, Jean Schneider (Tom) of Waupun, Allen Freund (Lac) of Fond and Robert Freund (Lac "Dotyville") of Fond; his grandchildren, Rich Schneider (Jennifer), Ron Schneider (Pam), Joe Schneider (Jessica), Sara Immel (Jason), Mark Freund (Renae), Lindsey Schneider (Russel), Louis Freund and Samantha Freund; his stepgrandsons, Ed Wagner (Courtney) and Andrew Wagner (Sara); his great grandchildren, Ali, Lainee, Kailee, Nicholas, Erin, Abigail Schneider, Oliver, Simon, Wyatt Immel, Matthew, Bradley Freund, Leah and Lola Schneider; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Emily, Brandon Gumm and Evelyn Wagner; his sister Bernadette Gruenke (Leo); and his sisters-in-law, Rosemary Kutz and Ione Baganz. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives; and friends.
Current Covid-19 guidelines, such as mask requirement and social distancing will be adhered to.
Memorials may be directed to the family for St. Jude's Children Hospital and St. Isidore Parish.
