She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph; her daughter Rose Scannell; her granddaughter Kim Scannell; her great grandchild Amelia Wilk; and her brothers, Jerome Birschbach (Bernetta), Leonard Hilt, Raymond Hilt, Mary Ann Giebel (Robert), Albert Kraus (Ann), Margaret Buechel (Leander) and Lillian Kraus.
She is survived by: her parents, Raymond and Agnes; her children, James, Donald, Mark, Mary "Jeannie", Richard, Schroeder of Marytown, Linda, Edward, Betty, Kenneth, Pitzen, Nancy, Paul, Tom, Diederichs of Malone, Annie Kraus, Helen, Stenz of Fond, Lac, Joyce, Jim and Gaulke of Coloma; her son-in-law Mike Scannell of Armstrong; her sister Rosemary; her siblings-in-law, Theresa Hilt, Jeannine Birschbach, Wilbert Kraus, Ben and Mary Jane; and also, Gundert, Eileen, Norman and Loehr. She is also survived by 39 grandchildren; 58 great-grandchildren, 3 great- great grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established in her name.
