He is survived by: his spouse Sylvia Hanke; his children, Linda Stephanie (Daniel) of St. Cloud, Sharon Freund (Daniel) of Malone, Michael Petrie (Nancy) of Mt, Thomas Petrie of Kewaskum, Kevin Petrie (Kristine) of Fond, Lac Mashin and Lois Mashin (Ron) of Mt; his grandchildren, Amy Goebel (Matthew), Michael Stephanie, Nicole Schneider (Matthew), Carrie Bond (Zach), Heather McArthur (Aric), Stacy Lisch (Matthew), Jason Petrie (Stefanie), Timothy Freund (Becky), Marc Stephanie (Krystal), Holly Semph (Shawn), Lucus Petrie (Jessica), Jared Petrie (Rachel), Anthony Petrie (Megan), Evan Petrie (Amanda), Travis Mashin, Seth Petrie and Courtney Seipel (Robbie); his great grandchildren, Isaac Bond, Hayden Lisch, Anna Goebel, Elizabeth Bond, Alaina Lisch, Ruby Stephanie, Emma Stephanie, Max Goebel, Ava Bond, Adelle Schneider, Vera Petrie, Amelia Stephanie, Carlee Stephanie, Alex Schneider, Owen Petrie, Finley Petrie, Aiden Petrie, Sylvia Petrie, Ella Petrie, Marie Freund, Parker Petrie, Otto Petrie, Ethan Petrie and Kalvin Semph; his siblings-in-law, Merlin Hanke, Eugene Schuh, Arthur Washick, Raymond Palkovich, Dennis Bauer, Violet Hanke, Bernice Hanke and Donna Hanke; and also, Wanda Schuh, Eugene Hanke, Eunice Scheberl, Rosemary Washick, Roseanna Palkovich, Angeline Scheberl (Howard), Darlene Bauer, Lloyd Hanke and David Hanke. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established in his name.
