Csa Jean Steffes Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 22, 2023, at the age of 79, Csa Jean Steffes of Mount Calvary, Wisconsin, born in Ada, Oklahoma passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Csa Jean Steffes to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her sister Louisa; her parents, Louis Anthony Steffes and Vincentia Brenner Steffes; and her siblings, Jean and John L. Steffes.
She is survived by: her sisters, Mary Cappellari (Giovanni) and Carol Freund (Thomas); and her sister-in-law Nancy Steffes. She is also survived by his wife and four young children.
After completing her fourth term as CSA general superior in August 2022, a term extended an additional year during the COVID-19 pandemic, Sister Jean was looking forward to life after the responsibilities of congregational leadership.
