He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Docter and Thomas Slivicke III (Gail); his grandchildren, David Wilson, Derek Slivicke, Ericka Everett (Brandon) and Brittney Dorshak (Jeff); his siblings, Gilbert Slivicke (Bonnie) and Joyce Gantner; and his son Terry Slivicke.
