He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kufahl and Dorothy L. Kufahl (Brandt); and his brother Wendell Kufahl. He is survived by: his daughters, Stephanie Kufahl and Lisa Kufahl; his brothers, Darwin Kufahl (Debbie) and Perry Kufahl (Shelley); his uncle Lavern Brandt; his nieces and nephews, Dustin Kufahl (Kristin), Deric Kufahl, Elliot Force, Ethan Force, Abigail Kufahl, Sarah Young, Katy Young, Megan Zoellick and Grace Zoellick; his siblings-in-law, Burt Zoellick (Liza), Keith Zoellick and Shannon Force; the mother of his children Rachael Zyduck; and also, John Martin (Rachel) and Jeanne Schroeder. He is also survived by three great nephews, along with many other family members.
