He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Carlson and Eva Carlson (Omen); his son Dean Royce Carlson; and his siblings, Arne, Donald, Arlene, Lillian, Mae and Elsie.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Perner; his son Dennis Carlson (Jill); his daughter-in-law Diane Carlson; his grandchildren, Megan, Callie, Sean, Brandon and Logan Carlson; and his great-grandparent D'Khari.
