He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Baur and Frances Baur (Martin); and his brothers, Leo, Neil and Charlie Baur.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores Wilger; his children, Rick Baur (Cheryl Zajackowski), Don Baur (Mary Radtke-Baur), John Baur (Karmen Gorman), Ken Baur (Brenda), Diane Johnson (Scott) and Keith Baur; his grandchildren, Jordan, Ben, Brett, Noah, Ross, Lance, Hannah, Lilian, Josephine, Tristan and Luke; his stepgrandson Grant; and his sisters, Glorianne Palm and Yvonne Ward (Glen).
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Merlin's name, may be designated to the Mosinee Hockey Association.
