It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melvin Lilla of Mosinee, Wisconsin, born in Winona, Minnesota, who passed away on September 1, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lilla and Emmaline Lilla (Pellowski); his son Scott Lilla; and his siblings, Herold, David Lilla, Bernell and Mary.

He is survived by: his wife Mildred Kyhos; his daughter Brenda Deiler (Doug); his siblings, Richard Lilla (Carol) and Nancy Wille (Don); his grandchildren, Ryan Deiler (Ashley), Stacy Deiler, Shelly Deiler and Logan Lilla; and his great grandchildren, Nathan, Samuel, Grayson, Jonah, Levi and Ava.

“Aunt Millie, Brenda, Doug and family. Cheri and I were saddened to learn of Uncle Mel's passing. Our prayers are with you during this trying time. We have fond memories of our visits to Wausau when our son Matt lived there and our time visiting you in Mosinee. Uncle Mel shared some of his golf balls with me from those massive 55 gallon drums of them he had stored. I still have some even now! We wish you all the best. Mike and Cheri Lilla- Parrish Florida”
