She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Breitzke and Mae Breitzke (Freudenthal); her husband Robert Hladovcak; and her siblings, Doris, Grace, Carole and Arthur.
She is survived by: her children, Kim Hegewald (Dan), Rocco Hladovcak (Pam) and Robert Hladovcak (Kelly); her grandchildren, Becky Severson (Luke) of Rosemount, MN, Katie Napiwocki (Andy Rusch), Nick Hladovcak (Ashley), Neil Hladovcak (Andrea Fletcher), Tiffany Hladovcak (Shane Fountaine), Bryce Hladovcak (Morgan Schwartz), Jordan Ingram (David), Merrill and Lindsey Hladovcak; and her great grandchildren, Liam, Leighton, Emmy, Addison, Ellie, Ava, Kade and Rosemary.
