He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Kohnhorst and Jean Kohnhorst (Schabell). He is survived by: his wife Jean Tryba; his daughters, Lisa Matis (Paul), Pamela Busko (Robert) and Dawn Sweeney (David); his grandchildren, Ashley Raikowski (Brandon), Tyler Busko (Ashley), Sarah Brewster (Ryan) and Gannon Sweeney; and his great grandchildren, Easton, Jackson, Karley and Addilynn.
