He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ann; his parents, Wesley Rein and Anna Rein; his siblings, John Rein (Fran), Josie Stieber (Harold), Walter Rein (Katie), Marge Bradley (Jim), Robert Rein, Lillian Drake (Lawrence) and Anthony Rein; and his nephews, John Rein and Francis Stieber.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Schlatterer (John) of Mosinee and Karen Moyer (Don) of Goodhue, MN; his grandchildren, Andrea Biersack (Matt) of Stevens Point and Kyle Moyer of Minneapolis, MN; and his siblings-in-law, Gerrie Rein and Robert Kehoe (Patricia). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
