She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Andraski and Constance Andraski (Rutkowski); her husband Stephen Folwarski; her brothers, John, Anton, Adam, Louis and Leo; and her brother-in-law Richard Kaye.
She is survived by: her sons, Dennis Folwarski (Deb), Dan Folwarski (Joan) and Dale Folwarski (Michelle); her grandchildren, Donna Groschen (Matthew) of North Branch, MN, Jason Folwarski, Laura (Ike), Benjamin, Mary Lou and Jackson Folwarski; her great grandchildren, Roisin, Genevieve Groschen, Johanna and Thea Folwarski; her sister Bernice Kaye of Park Ridge, IL; and her sister-in-law Natalie Andraski.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be directed to the St Paul Endowment Fund.
