He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Falkowski and Betty Falkowski (Zank). He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Falkowski of Weston; his son Craig Falkowski; his stepsons, Mark Kowalski (Jenny) and Keith Kowalski (Lanae); and his siblings, Pam Flanders (John), Mark (Patti), Paul, Glenn (Cindra), Ron and Rick (Beth). He is also survived by three grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the CCPC Endowment Fund, The Good News Project, and the Man of Honor Society.
