He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Igl and Emily Igl (Johanek); his wife Lenore "Norie" Shadick; his sister Rita Fish; and his siblings-in-law, Ralph Boehm, Harmon Fish and Mary Igl.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Igl of Wausau, Jayne Wirth (Paul) of Weston, Walter Igl (Barbara) of Deerbrook, Edward Igl (Brian) of Appleton and Joe Igl (Cindy) of Antigo; his siblings, Delores Boehm of Marion, VA, Denise Foreman (Ronald) of Wausau, Harold Igl of Antigo, Arnold Igl (Judy) of Stoughton and Kenneth Igl (Jane) of Mesa, AZ; his grandchildren, Jason, Whitney, Logan, Brieanna, Hunter, Madelyn and Caden; his great grandchildren, Kyle, Leonardo and Xavier; and his great great grandchildren, Aleeyah and Jaxon.
