He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Romatowski and Cecelia Romatowski (Grzyb); his brothers, Michael and Leon Romatowski; and his son-in-law Bob Olszewski.

He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Grochmal; his children, Sharon Bartling (Bill), Rib Mtn, Christine Romatowski, Robert Romatowski (Laurie), Weston and Marsha Kowalski (Michael); his grandchildren, Elissa Olszewski, Andy Olszewski (Jenny), Adam Olszewski (Ashley), Chase Romatowski (Brooke Furger), Cassie Kowalski and Evan Kowalski; his brother Raymond Romatowski (Jean); and his sisters-in-law, Janee Romatowski and Wis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid-19, a private family service will be held.
