He is survived by: his grandchildren, Michael, Makayla, Jack, Cody, Samantha and Trevor; his girlfriend Julie Zwicky; his children, Tasha Johnson (Bradley) of Appleton, WI and Michael Hintz of Menasha, WI; his granddaughter Rachel Yach (Andrew) of Weston, WI; and his siblings, Lee Hintz, Patti Plash (Dan), Jim Hintz and Debi Alheim (Stuart). He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
