He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Michalski and Carrie Michalski (Braunel); his wife Birdie; his siblings, Sandra Hopperdietzel and Dennis Michalski; his grandson Chad Hotchkiss; and his great grandchildren, Emma Nickila and Treyden Kurtzweil.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Michalski (Diane), Jean Oatman (John), Linda Hotchkiss (Allen), Michael Michalski (Kelly), Jeffery Michalski (Pam) and Pam Hladovcak (Rocco); and his sister-in-law Lorraine Melanson. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; brother.
