She is survived by: her adoptive children, Frank Slembarski (Rosita) and Mary Murat; her grandsons, Joseph Slembarski, Robert Slembarski (Emily), Richard Slembarski (Rebecca), Andrew Slembarski (Bethany), James Murat (Tina) and Daniel Murat (Lacy); her great grandchildren, Collin, Adeline, Henry, Vivian, Corinne, June Slembarski and John Murat; and her siblings, Bernard Levandowski (Bernice) and Bernice Kawleski.
