It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rick Bidlingmaier of Monticello, Wisconsin, born in Monroe, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 13, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvan Bidlingmaier and Margaret Bidlingmaier (Benkert); his brothers, Michael and Darris Bidlingmaier; his father-in-law Bill Ruppert; and his brothers-in-law, Doug Ruppert and Bill Ghormley.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Ben Mesler (Jennifer), Jon Mesler and Brooke Bidlingmaier (Trent Disch); and his sisters, Karen Ghormley, Cheryl Komprood (Paul) and Sue Torkelson (Russ). He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, September 20th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A memorial service was held on Friday, September 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Washington Reformation Church (N6026 Church Rd, Monticello, WI 53570). A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 20th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Upstairs Events Room at the Junction House (N3693 County Hwy J, Monroe, WI 53566).
