He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Crouch and Florence Crouch (Wittwer); his son Alan Lee; and the parents of child, Albert of Monticello and Florence of Monticello.
He is survived by: his daughter Lynda Caldwell (Larry); his fiancée Judy Schwarz; and his siblings, Gene (Joan) of Stoughton, Norman (Lois) of Rogers, Minnesota and Sharon Peterson (Tim) of Siren, Wisconsin.. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, family, co-workers and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (1329 31st Ave, Monroe, WI 53566). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
A memorial fund will be established in Dennis' name.
