He was predeceased by: his father Wilton "Pete" Spurley. He is survived by: his mother Katherine "Kate" Spurley (Ruth Ann); his former spouse Camy Clemo; his sons, Chad (Heather), Adam and Travis; his wife Ruth Ann Esch; his siblings, Mike (De), Chris Seitz (Dan), Jerry (Jennifer), Tom (Kayla), Dennis (Pam), Ron (Kris) and Jean; his siblings-in-law, Nancy, William and Nick; and his grandson Connor. He is also survived by his 17 grandkids.

In lieu of flowers, the family will be setting up a fund to donate to local charitable organizations.
