He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Groos and Beulah Groos (Thompson); his brother James; and his brother-in-law James Murphy. He is survived by: his sisters, Marjorie Brockway (Bob) of Montello and Mary Louise Murphy of Waukesha; and his sister-in-law Paulette Groos of Escanaba. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
