She was predeceased by: her husband Frank P. Kusz; her daughters, Gloria Kusz and Rosanne Burke (Harold); and her siblings, Phyllis Frost and Leonard Samborski (late Jean).
She is survived by: her children, Ron Kusz and Doreen Sieburg (Jeff); her grandchildren, Harold Burke Jr., Tiffany Erickson (Bob), Derek Sieburg (Julia) and Jack Sieburg (Cory); her great grandchildren, Drake, Reed, Isabella Burke, Everett, Adeline and Alana Sieburg; her sister Regina Pudlo (late Edmund); and her godsons, John Paul Kusz and Mark J. Ciolek. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Skaja Terrace Funeral Home (7812 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:30 AM and at 12:00 PM. A burial will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at the St. Adalbert Cemetery (6800 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714).
