She was predeceased by: her father Norman Wayne Krukowski; and her children, Jessica Krukowski of Tomah, Nicholas Krukowski of Montello, Nena Marshall of Portage and Amber Cardona of Milwaukee.
She is survived by: her mother Ruth Schmewer; her grandchildren, Vanessa, Sebastian, Neveah, Jazmine, Serenity, Josh, Phoenix, Breanna and Hannah; and her brothers, Norman Jr. and Todd Krukowski.
Memorials may be directed in Tammy's memory to any local woman's or domestic violence shelter.
