Richard Winkler Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Winkler (Montello, Wisconsin), born in Waukegan, Illinois, who passed away on March 1, 2020 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Winkler and Flora Winkler (Grantham); and his sister Jneanne Detienne. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Liz" Pomplun; his children, Steven (Patty) of Van Dyne and Susan Sandberg (Lac) of Fond; his grandchildren, Jerid (Patty), Katie (Steve), Daniel, Alexandria (Ty) and Abbigail Sandberg; and his great grandchildren, Zach, Payten, Tayler, Emily, Hailyana, Andrew, Griffin and Urban. He is also survived by other extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred to the family for a memorial that will be established in Richard's name.
