It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Mehling of Montello, Wisconsin, born in Watertown, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 28, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Mehling and Eunice Mehling (Cull); his siblings, Sharon, Charles, Michael, Patrick and Phillip; and his siblings-in-law, Johann, Erna Dechant, Gunter and Alfred Dechant.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his daughter Babette Mehling (Paul Petersen) of Montello; his grandchildren, Ethan, John and Ava Wagner; his siblings, Judith Tabor, Jerome Mehling (Sandra), Leo Mehling (Eiko), James Mehling (Lana Sue), Mark Mehling (Sharon), Donna Sizer (Robert) and Eileen Pape; his sisters-in-law, Diana Rea, Vicki Mehling and Gertrude Dechant; and his aunt Dorothy Cull.
In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred to the family for a memorial that will be established in Paul's name.
