He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Sr. Wagner and Luella Wagner; and his brother-in-law Lee Garvey. He is survived by: his son Brent Wagner (Sue); his grandchildren, Kougar of Crivitz and Keaton of Crivitz; his sisters, Joan Garvey of Beloit and Judy Garner (Steve) of Janesville; and his close friend Paulette Fugate of Wausaukee.
