Duffy (Montello, Wisconsin), born in Portage, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 15, 2019, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Duffy and Patricia Heit Duffy; and his siblings, Linda Chase, Deborah Duffy and Robert Duffy.
He is survived by: his wife Donna L. Dittel; his son Cody Klebs (Melissa); his grandchild Haleigh Klebs; his sister Diane; his sister-in-law Jackie Duffy; and his nephew Scott Duffy. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
