He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Joyce; his sister Karen Kruder; and his parents-in-law, Jim and JoAnn Harris. He is survived by: his mother Gisela Joyce (Holst); his former wife Barbara Smith; his wife Barb; his sons, Patrick (Amy) of Milwaukee, Jeremy of Lindenhurst, Joshua of Lindenhurst and Jordan Shulda (Shay) of Wonder Lake, IL.; his grandchildren, Patrick Jr. "Paddy" and Winnie; his siblings, Kevin and Kris Joyce; his siblings-in-law, Steve Smith (Julie), Jeff Harris (Kari), Bill Kruder, Jen Cavenaugh (Dan) and Andi Harris; and his friends, Jim Marschke, Brian Lacy and Glenn Harrison. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
