He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence Moyer and Viola Moyer (Leck); his wife Nancy; his children, Doris Schneider of Westplains, William Moyer Jr. (Gale) of Westplains, Betty Surrell (Don) of South Wayne, WI, Gregory Moyer and Suzanne Heyer of Polo, IL.; his stepdaughters, Sharon Martin (Don) and Sherry Anderson (James) of Rockford, IL.; his siblings, John Moyer (Jackie) of Pectonica, IL and Clara Hawthorn (William) of Monroe, WI.; his son Jeffery Frisbie; and his sisters, Patricia Janicke and Ellen Beverly.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in his name.
