Virginia M. Drafahl Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia M. Drafahl of Monroe, Wisconsin, born in Adams, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 2, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred C Karlen and Marie Karlen (Feldt); her husband Calvin T. Drafahl; her brothers, Ralph and Rolland; her sister-in-law Marlys Karlen Kittelson; her sons-in-law, Ernie Beutel and Mike Elmer; and her grandsons, Tracy Beutel and Cole Mabis.

She is survived by: her children, Lynn Lokken (Jerry) of Monroe, Patricia Binger (Steven) of Monroe, Nancy Beutel of Monroe, Janet Gobeli (Steven) of Monroe, Robert Drafahl of Monticello and Susan Crooks (Randy) of Monticello; her grandchildren, Kelly Gratz (Curt), Amanda Jordan (Peter), Joshua Binger (Brittany), Corey Binger (Clarrisa), Terry Beutel (Kara), Lisa Tesch, John Elmer (Michelle) and Keith Elmer; her great grandchildren, Emma, Auburn, Zion Gratz, Jack, Henry Jordan, Liam, Darwin Tesch, Hayden, Cambria Elmer, Bodhi, Kyla Binger and Grayden Binger; her sister-in-law Elaine Karlen; and her close friends, Leonard, Annie Komprood and Esther Tregloan. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established in Virginia's name for the Monticello Foundation and Washington Reformation Church.
