With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis E. Hook of Monroe, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 5, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Henry Jordan and Vera Jordan (Babler); her husband Howard E. Hook of Monroe; her daughter Deborah Stietz (Roger) of Winslow, IL; her stepchildren, John Hook (Eva) of Minnesota, Jeff Hook (Julie) of Minnesota and Suzanne Hook (James) of Dixon, IL; her grandchildren, Josh (Lori), Chenice (Lane) and Shianne (Edwin); her siblings, Shirley Cardascio of Sullivan, IL and Laverne Jordan (Janine) of Pecatonica, IL; and her close friend Polly. She was also cherished by four step-grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren and great- great-grandchildren.
A memorial fund will be established in her name.
