He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin R Phillips and Vera Phillips (Barker); his aunts, Millie Barker, Dorothy and Lela Phillips; and his uncle Robert Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Pauline Beer; his daughters, Angela Phillips of Monroe, Andrea Sweeney (Kirk) of Monroe and Melinda Mascagni (Ryan Teutschmann) of Platteville; his grandchildren, Emmary, Aidan, Delaney Sweeney, Chezney Leck, Matthias Mascagni and Kenzie Teutschmann; his sisters, Jane Krug (Lyle) of Freeport, Joan Spoerry (Michael) of Monroe, Luan Ott (Larry) of Monroe and Diana Clark (Ken) of Monroe; his brother-in-law Larry Beer (Sharon) of Fennimore; and his uncles, Edgar, Coyla Dahms of Lena, Donald Phillips of Monroe and Vilas Barker of Lena. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial may be made to Monroe Clinic (SSM) Hospice.
