He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland L. Showers Sr. and Rosemarye A. Showers (Koch); his brother Wendell Showers; his parents-in-law, Orvel and Joan Gadow (Roettger); and his brother-in-law Randy Rosheisen.
He is survived by: his wife Connie M. Gadow; his daughter Ruth Suthers (Andrew); his grandchildren, Amelia, Elizabeth and Thomas; his children, Rachel Showers and Leland III Showers (Rachel); his siblings, Anna Davis (David) and Eugene Showers (Brenda); and his siblings-in-law, Jill Rosheisen and Jack Gadow (Jill).
A memorial fund will be established in Lee's name.
