June R. Gruenberg Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of June R. Gruenberg (Monroe, Wisconsin), who passed away on April 9, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Thoman and Rose Thoman (Baertschi); her husband Paul Gruenberg; her children, Ronald Gruenberg and Marilyn Gruenberg; her siblings, Pauliene Krahenbuhl (Earnest), Marvin Thoman and Donald Thoman (Marie); and her brother-in-law Robert Ruffenacht.
She is survived by: her siblings, Glorianne Rufenacht of Monroe, Linda Klemm of Monroe, Dennis Thoman (Linda) of Monticello and Alan Thoman (Shirley) of Wisconsin Rapids; her daughter-in-law Joan Gruenberg of Monroe; her grandson Paul Gruenberg of Monroe; and her sister-in-law Gloria Thoman of Monroe. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John's United Church of Christ (1724 14th St, Monroe, WI 53566). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
