She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Leo and Helen Faith Broge (Hoffmeister); her husband Willis I. Wahl; her daughter Rebecca McKee; and her siblings, Carol Bayrhoffer, Bonnie Broge, Sharon Jacobs, Russell, Virgil, Gary and Byron Broge.
She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle "Shelly" Kubly (Keith) of Monticello and Heidi Flynn (Dan) of Anchorage, Alaska; her son-in-law Howard L. McKee of Monroe; her grandchildren, Dan Kubly, Jinelle Kubly, Mikala Mckee and Jason McKee; her great grandchildren, Jacklyn and Aidan Kubly; and her siblings, William Broge of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Diane Jones of Monroe.
Memorials are suggested in Joyce's name to Monroe Clinic Hospice or Meals on Wheels.
